HR / SAFETY COORDINATOR

is looking to hire a dependable and reliable person for our HR/Safety position (Some Travel Required) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Communication directly with Supervisors and employees regarding jobs Creating spreadsheets and schedules for jobs and manpower Assisting with New Hire process OSHA reporting Workers Comp reporting Scheduling and conducting safety meetings when required.
Travel to and from Job locations when needed.
Create and Implement job description, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Works well under pressure Able to accept voluminous phone calls after hours.
OSHA experience Direct communication with office staff on a daily basis Team Player / Leader Self-Driven Must be able to pass a background check.
Prioritization and Organization is a MUST Attention to Detail General computer knowledge Dependable and reliable Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Understanding of basic safety policy and procedures Some travel Long term commitment preferred.
High School Diploma or GED

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
